Academics
Our Curriculum
At Chiangmai Cedar International School, our curriculum is designed to provide a seamless educational journey from early childhood through high school graduation. Grounded in Biblical truth and guided by internationally recognized standards, our program develops students academically, spiritually, socially, and emotionally. We utilize the AERO (American Education Reaches Out) Standards framework, enhanced by Common Core Plus expectations, to ensure students are prepared for success in an increasingly interconnected world.
Standards-Based Learning
Every unit, assessment and progress report at CCS ties back to clear, measurable learning standards for each grade level — the AERO Standards, enhanced by Common Core Plus. Rather than measuring a student against the rest of the class, standards-based learning measures a student against what they are expected to know and be able to do at their grade level, so families always know exactly where a child stands and what comes next. Teachers use the same benchmarks to track growth consistently from Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12.
A Christ-Centered Learning Journey
Throughout every phase of learning, Chiangmai Cedar International School is committed to nurturing students who are academically capable, spiritually grounded, culturally aware, and prepared to serve others with integrity, compassion, and excellence. Our curriculum equips students not only for academic success but also for purposeful lives of faith, leadership, and service.
